Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days if they are unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging (e.g., boxes, pouches, tags). Custom or engraved pieces and sale items are not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable: Digital downloads are non-returnable and cannot be returned.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Exchanges are available for a different size or design, subject to availability.

Charity Donations: A portion of your purchase supports International OCD Foundation and donations already made are non-refundable.
